Because every piece of luxury canvas art at Nrdesign Studio is custom-made to order:Production & Framing Time: 2 – 5 business days for printing, stretching, and framing inspection.Dispatch: As soon as quality check is complete, your artwork is packaged in specialized protective materials and handed to the courier. You will receive a tracking link via email upon dispatch.

We take great care in packaging your artwork to protect it during transit.Rolled Canvas: Securely packaged in reinforced double-layer triangular cardboard packaging with strengthened ends or protective square cardboard boxes.Stretched & Floating Framed Canvas: Protected with corner guards and additional protective cardboard over the artwork surface, then securely packed in heavy-duty corrugated cardboard boxes. Larger artworks may also receive additional bubble-wrap protection.Packaging may vary depending on artwork size and fulfillment location.

To ensure museum-grade quality and faster local delivery, Nrdesign Studio works with a professional global production and fulfillment network.Whenever available, your artwork is printed, stretched, and framed at a specialized fine art production facility closest to your region (such as within the US, UK, Europe, or Australia). This localized production reduces transit distances, minimizes carbon emissions, avoids unnecessary long-distance shipping delays, and ensures your canvas arrives quickly and safely.

Yes! As soon as your order is dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email is sent containing your courier details and a direct tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real time.

While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional customs inspections or seasonal high-volume periods in the destination country may cause minor delays beyond courier control.

Orders within the EU ship with no customs charges. For destinations outside the EU, such as the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the US, Canada, the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand and Asia, local customs duties or import taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. Invoices are sent digitally to the buyer’s email address and are not included in physical packages.
